Shipping policy

1. Coverage and shipping fees

  • We deliver to all 34 provinces and cities of Vietnam.
  • The shipping fee depends on the delivery province / city and is shown at checkout before you place the order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold (when available) ship free.

2. Delivery times

  • Orders are packed and shipped after payment is received, usually within 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated transit time: 1–2 days within the city, 2–5 business days elsewhere (depending on the carrier and area).
  • The tracking number appears on your order page once the order is On the way.

3. Receiving your order

  • Please check the package on arrival: box condition, quantity, correct options. If anything is wrong, take photos / a video and tell us within 48 hours.
  • If the recipient cannot be reached after several attempts, the parcel may be returned; we will contact you to redeliver.

4. Installation

Prices do not include installation. For on-site installation, book a consultation to get a quote.
